Ever Heard of Sonotron Therapy?

In the marvels of modern medicine, we soon may abandon the use of medical drugs in time to come.

Example: If someone been having a severe back pain for years takes medical drugs to ease the pain, that drug may cause other body system to fail.

Now imagine this, that same person who suffers from severe back pain goes for the Sonotron Therapy, he or she may eliminate the pain for good, without any drugs or side effects. Doesn’t that sound good?

That is the way of the future…kinda reminds me of Star Trek kinda gadget thingy, the hand held thing they use to “scan” the pain area and cures it.

Well, that technology is here now. Only thing is that not many people knows about it. Which is why I’m writing this.

So what is Sonotron Therapy?

Sonotron Therapy is one of the quickest, if not the quickest, safest and most effective, totally non-invasive alternative medical therapy for patients with chronic and acute pain in their joints, and other soft tissues, without needing to use drugs nor does it give any adverse side effect.

Sonotron Therapy is recognized by most medical professionals as the medical solution of the 21st century, available today.

This alternative medical therapy is performed by the use of a Sonotron which is a totally non-invasive, patented device that was invented by Dr. Alfonso Di Mino of the United States of America in 1987.

It works by means of a Corona Discharge Beam (patented) that’s produced when a low radio frequency of 430 kHz, pulsed at a low sound frequency of 1 kHz is applied to an electrode situated inside a hand-held Applicator.

The Corona Discharge Beam is then directed to the spot or area of difficutly above the skin of a patient.

During therapy, the device does not touch the patient at all. The therapy is thus totally non-invasive and external, requiring no drugs, comfortable and painless.

It has been proven safe for use.

It increases almost immediately the speed and range of motion of an arthritic joint.

Besides, pain relief can be achieved in as fast as 15 to 45 seconds. Significant results are obtained for most chronic conditions of pain within a short period of time.

Sonotron Therapy is effective for an almost immediate relieving of pain due to Osteo-arthritis Rheumatoid arthritis, Tennis elbow, Frozen shoulder, Stiff neck, Lumbago, Housemaid’s knee, Ankylosing spondylitis, Cervical Spondylosis, Sports injuries that affect muscles and that cause swelling in tissues.

It hastens the rehabilitation of stroke patients and healing of skin diseases.

Sonotron Therapy is also very good for speeding the improvement of chronic asthmatic patients.

The area to be treated can be an arthritic joint, a set of muscles or any site underlying the skin of a patient in difficulty.

Most patients will walk away with significant improvement, almost immediately after the therapy session.

I found something new, PayPerPost

There are many money making websites out there growing rapidly. I have signed up with a few, namely the popular Google AdSense (I’m sure many of you signed up with Google too), local ads company like NuffNang and Advertlets, Bux.to where you have to surf some ad pages to get your cents, and now (which I think is better and more interesting), PayPerPost a.k.a. PPP.

I have come across a similar website like PPP. But I found out that PPP offers better scheme for bloggers where they offer loads of opportunities each week.

Opportunities are actual opportunities for your income through this scheme. All you have to do is sign up with PPP and add in your blog, that’s it! Then you browse through the opportunities section to search for your favourite topic or product to blog about. Then click on reserve opportunity where you will be prompt with a question (for security purposes). Answer the simple question and then you will see a form at the bottom of the page. Before filling in the form, write your blog about the topic first, then submit it in the form. Done. Instant $.

Yeah, getting $ by blogging on something you like is cool. Besides, if you’re having writers’ block, or in this case, bloggers’ block, then blog about something from PPP and get paid for it. Your site ratings will go up too.

For those of you who feels like getting a little side income from your desk job, join the blog network in PPP. Yes, I’m new too. But I believe this may help me a little bit for my monthly expenses *crossing fingers*.

So, thank you in advance, PPP.

9000 years old tree discovered

I came across an interesting discovery recently while reading the local newspaper. Seems that they have discovered the world oldest tree, about 9,550 years old, just after the end of the last ice age in Sweden.

The previous “record holder” for the oldest living tree are the pine trees in North America, around 5000 years old.

Just imagine, we are looking at a living thing that grows since the last ice age. It survives the time, the changes and perhaps “witness” many events throughout its years.

Wow…

Cook or Clean?

I came across an article on the internet while searching for nice recipes online, especially for buka puasa. It’s hard to resist food temptations during this fasting month so naturally food is always the main subject of any conversation. We always hear, “Nak buka puasa kat mana hari ni?” or “Apa nak makan for buka today?” in our daily fasting month routine. Come 5pm, we hear the same question left right center.

Anyway, amongst all those dishes (pun intended), have you ever heard of Poached Salmon in Dishwasher?

“Huh?” you say? Exactly my reaction as well.

The article…

It reminds me a little of Seinfeld’s Kramer prepping food in his shower, but Wine X Magazine has a recipe for poaching salmon in your dishwasher. This odd HOWTO was written by Bob Blumer, author of the book Surreal Gourmet. From the recipe:

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COOK A WHOLE FISH!

1 Place fish packets on the top rack.

2 Add dirty dishes and lemon-scented soap. This optional step is not recommended for novices. However, as long as the salmon’s tightly sealed in its aluminum foil packet, it won’t absorb any soapy taste or smell.

3 Set dishwasher to the “normal” cycle. Modern dishwashers have “economy” and “cool dry” settings, which are undesirable since they conserve heat. However, on the other end of the spectrum, the “pots and pans” setting tends to overcook the fish.

4 Run salmon through the entire wash-and-dry cycle — approximately 50 minutes for most models.

5 When cycle’s complete, take salmon out, discard foil, place one fillet on each plate and spoon a generous serving of dill sauce on top.

Link to full recipe.

Even if I get very hungry, I don’t think I will use the dishwasher to poach any fish or whatsoever. I don’t want to have the fish smell like soap when it’s done. I know I know, I can seal the aluminium foil tightly but I don’t want to take any chances. I don’t want to end up having bubbles coming out of my mouth while talking to people.

But you are free to try out the recipe. Do tell me if it works. I’m sure it will work out fine, but do tell if it smells like soap or not.

Daylight is good for you

I found this article somewhere. Says that light exposure, even during the day, can quickly modulate regional brain function in areas involved in alertness and non-visual cognitive processes. So…go do your morning jogging or excersice to stimulate your brain functions. (Ron…you need this more often. Heh heh.)

“Exposure to light is known to enhance both alertness and performance in humans, but little is understood regarding the neurological basis for these effects, especially those associated with daytime light exposure. Now, by exposing subjects to light and imaging their brains while they subsequently perform a cognitive test, researchers have begun to identify brain regions involved in the effects on brain function of daytime light exposure.

The findings are reported by Gilles Vandewalle and Pierre Maquet of the University of Liège, Derk-Jan Dijk of the University of Surrey, and additional colleagues, and appear in the August 22nd issue of the journal Current Biology, published by Cell Press.

Our brain does not use light only to form images of the world. Ambient light levels are detectedby our nervous system and, without forming any image, profoundly influence our brain function and various aspects of our physiology, including circadian rhythms, hormone release, and heart rate. These responses are induced by a special non-image-forming (NIF) brain system, which researchers have begun to characterize in animal models.

In human studies, much work has focused on the effects of nighttime light exposure, but little is known about daytime responses to light. Especially mysterious are the neural correlates of these responses, and their temporal dynamics. Such issues are of significant interest given that daytime sleepiness is a major source of complaint in modern society and has considerable socio-economic implications.

In the present study, the researchers showed that a brief (21-minute) morning exposure to a bright white light increases alertness and significantly boosts the brain’s responses to an experimental test that requires attention only to sound. In a parallel neuroimaging analysis, this boost in alertness was found to correlate with responses in various areas of the brain, including regions of the cortex known to support performance on the auditory test. The regional brain changes were found to be highly dynamic, dissipating within a few minutes.”
