Dinner @ Seoul Bulgogi Korean Restaurant

Like I said yesterday, I will be going over for a nice Korean food dinner, and I did. It was one heck of a filling dinner. Why not? I literally emptied the container full of lamb chops. Come to think of it, I hardly had anything else. Lamb chops all the way. Sheesh.

Honestly, I would love to go there for dinner again. Although the price went up from RM28.99 to RM31.99, I really don’t mind spending my dough there, especially if they serve lamb chops. (yes, that’s my favourite).

I know that there are many other Korean BBQ restaurants out there, especially in Ampang area. But I’ll stick to the one in Plaza Pantai for now. I can say that I’m too lazy to go all the way to Ampang, and I think it would be slightly more expensive.

I really did enjoyed the “heavy” meal, and I’m sure you would too if you’re in my position. For more photos from last night, you can go here.

Finally, I wonder when will be my next visit to Bulgogi? hmm…

Going for Korean food

Now this I can’t wait. Every month, without fail, Gina and I must indulge something from the Seoul Bulgogi Korean BBQ. So tonight will be the night I stuff myself with some delicious Korean BBQ foods.

The Seoul Bulgogi restaurant that I’m talking about it the one located in Plaza Pantai, and can be seen from the Federal Highway opposite Angkasapuri. It is usually packed during dinner time. But this time I made a booking for 5. They are having a promotion at this moment, the 3+1 deal. Basically it’s for 4 person but the fourth person need not pay anything. So it’s a 3 paid meal plus one free meal. Who can resist that offer?

During puasa month this year, I didn’t get to indulge on the yummy food at that restaurant. But I went there last year and blogged about it here. Puasa month is usually the most packed season. So I guess the owner must be making his millions during that month.

Back to present time.

Here I am sitting in the office counting down to the time for me to munch on the excellent food. I will indeed take some photos (if I have the time or chance) and post it here tomorrow morning. I hope I will remember to bring the camera along tho.

Food….here I come!

Pending post

Been busy the whole week with an upcoming event for the office. I find it hard to find the time to update my blog. I have loads of photos to put up. But I guess that will have to wait.

Most of the photos are of Geena’s family. They have been in town for 3 weeks now. Morris have already found a job in Mid Valley and his wife Laura is waiting for the result from her last interview. Victoria and Geena’s mom is just having a ball at home watching Astro and out shopping from time to time.

And the baby?

Oh yes. Esmerellda Joanne Leai. Daughter of Morris and Laura. I have loads of photos of her that I want to share. She is like, soooo cute. I will have to remember to download all of her photos from my digicam to my pendrive so that I can optimize the image and upload it when I have the chance.

We are planning to head over to Bagan Lalang for an afternoon by the beach. But to bring a 3 months old baby to a windy coastline is not a good idea. Perhaps we’ll be spending the weekend in the Orchid Garden near Taman Tasik Perdana. We’ll see how it goes. And I will be taking more pictures, that’s for sure.

Joke of the day (Chinese + English = Chinglish)

You might like it. This is hilarious…..even an Englishman could not construct sentences using numeric, which is exclusive only to Malaysians and Singaporeans.

Ah Lek was asked to make a sentence using 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Not only did he do it 1 to 10, he did it again from 10 back to 1. This is what he came up with…..

1 day I go 2 climb a 3 outside a house to peep. But the couple saw me, so I panic and 4 down. The man rushed out and wanted to 5 with me. I ran until I fell 6 and threw up. So I go into 7-eleven and grabbed some 8 to throw at him. Then I took a 9 and try to stab at him. 10 God he run away.

10 I put the 9 back and pay for the 8 and left 7-eleven. Next day I called my boss and told him I was 6. He said 5, tomorrow also no need to come back 4 work. He also asked me to go climb a 3 and jump down. I don’t understand. I am so nice 2 him but I don’t know what he 1.
