Yes, I have a land. And I’m planning to build my dream house there. It will be a 7 rooms bungalow, one and a half story house with huge build up area and garden. Why not? It’s a one acre land, big enough to build 4 other bungalows.
Last weekend I went with my parents and Gina to a wedding in Banting, my mom’s hometown. That’s also the place where my mom’s land is located, which she’s going to transfer it to my name.
We took the opportunity to visit the land and see how’s the development is like in the surrounding area. Well, one thing for sure, Banting have grown from a small pekan to a big town. Vast developments are everywhere. New housing areas are being built to accomodate the growing local population. Banting is not how I used to see it. It used to be very quiet kampung area, but now it is bustling with businesses and developments. It is going to be a central hub for road linkage between Port Dickson and Klang. And it is only 30 minutes drive from KLIA. No wonder the town is growing.
Soon we arrived at our destination. Our own beautiful land.
Right now it’s filled with palm oil trees. Once the development starts, part of this land will be flattened and turned into our housing area. Till then, many things have to be done and settled. But I hope all goes well.
